I loved everything about my visit to Dr Sheppard's office from the minute I walked through the door. The receptionist was so nice and the nurses were also. The wait time was short. Dr Sheppard was so nice, polite and caring and explained things thoroughly to my husband and I. I have a complicated and rare condition with my gallbladder and he made me feel at ease and so much better. He truly cares about his patients and he shows it well. I will be having surgery soon and I feel he will take care of me well. He took a lot of stress away my husband and I had today about my condition and about the surgery I will have. I recommend him highly because he is a smart and knowledgeable doctor with a great bedside manner.

It’s amazing the knowledge that Dr Sheppard has. He’s a very smart doctor and has a fantastic bedside manner. He fixed a botched repair that was done in my hometown and that was in 2022. He said he could fix it and he did. I HIGHLY recommend him and his staff

Great experience all around. Dr Shepard is a surgeon that takes time to explain and answer any questions you have. The organization is very well run, never a long wait, and his office staff is courteous and professional. A sense of humor always helps to relax tension and he and his staff have a great sense of humor.
If you or any you know is in need of hernia surgery I can say that my experience was excellent and recommend Dr Sheppard for taking care your needs for this procedure.

I highly recommend Dr. Sheppard for hernia assessment and repair. My experience with Dr. Sheppard was outstanding. His professionalism and demonstrated ability to relate was among the best I have experienced. He took time to show me and explain my abdominal CAT scan.

Dr Ray to save the day. I highly recommend him for a hernia surgery due to the attention to detail and ease of confiding in him to tackling surgery and getting patients back on their feet. Great experience from start to finish. Along with the great service from the hospital staff as well!

My initial consultation went very well. I had several questions regarding the surgery. Dr Sheppard answered all my questions which helped me understand the procedure and recovery time frame concerns I wanted clarity on. He was very professional, personable and spoke with an assurance that made me feel a lot more relaxed about the upcoming surgery.
